He explained increase in night-time temprature on the moon are caused by "global dimming", the phenomenon which led to cooler temperatures on Earth at the time and the Earth's radiation should decrease as rising levels of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere retain more and more of the sun's energy because the moon can feel its change. However, this article also refer to critical opinion by ," Bruce Wielicki of NASA. The Justice Ministry is expected to set up the notice that even if children were born within 300 days of their mother's devorce, they would be recognized as as those of new spouses. To recognize them, their mother will have to need a conception certificates to prove the mother became pregnant after devorce. However, the argument concerning this issue is still lasting. The ministry explained that why there are limits to recognize them is because of fidelity or sexual moral. Therefore, even the ministry suspects that this notice may be applied for only 10 percent of such children. In addition to, the ruling two parties, the Liberal Democratic Party and New Komeito, are also still discussing the issue of conception before divorce. This case does not be agreed on yet. New Komeito insisted that if the mothers remarried by the time the children are born and providing DNA tests can prove paternity, such children should be recognized as those of their new spouses. But since the LDP importance the moral of family system, they oppose to New Kometo's proposal and there is another difference about the when the new legal measure are established because the LDP want to postpone disscussions until after the election.
